Sunday's Selections - Free Horse Racing Tips

A decent day overall yesterday, although not as many winners as I'd have liked, but profit's the most important. The free horse racing tips for Haydock, posted on the blog, saw just the 1 win and 1 placed, from the 4 picks, as Token Of Love (advised EW 9/1) won the 3:25 Listed race. Llanarmon Lad (advised EW 9/1) managed a decent run in the Betfred Goals Galore Handicap, to finish second. As for the members tips, and the action from Ascot in the Shergar Cup, there were 2 wins from 6 as Goldream (advised 4/1) won the Shergar Cup Dash in the opener. Hassle (advised at 5/1) could only manage 3rd in the Stayers Handicap. Highland Acclaim (advised 5/1) was the other winner, just staying on to take the Sprint Handicap.

So, onto today, and obviously not as much action as yesterday. There's no member tips today, but I have got a couple of free horse racing tips from Leicester's meeting, which we'll get straight onto now......


LEICESTER 3:00 - DANIEL MOULT 30th BIRTHDAY HANDICAP (Class 4) - 1m 1f 218y

RED WARRIOR EW (11/1 - BETVICTOR) - In good form before latest run - 9/11 in Class 4 handicap at York. Only career win has come at 10f (and was this year). Win was 'good' ground.
2014 record - 4 starts; 1 win, 2 placed (2nd).


LEICESTER 3:30 - COPLOW HANDICAP (Class 3) - 5f 218y

BOY IN THE BAR (6/1 - BETVICTOR) - 2/10 latest in Class 3 handicap at Pontefract (6f) 2 weeks ago. Won previous start by 5 lengths in Class 5 handicap at Pontefract.
6 starts; 2 wins, 2 placed. By Dutch Art; good source of sprinters.
Trainer, Barron, has a good record at the course over recent seasons, with 5 wins from 15 (33% SR).


LEICESTER 4:00 - BLABY HANDICAP (Class 5) - 5f 218y

BOLD SPIRIT (7/2 - BET365) - 5 Flat Turf starts; 0 wins, 4 placed - first win not far away, and every chance here. Drops down in trip and Class after latest run where 3/10 in Class 4 Maiden at Doncaster - race run at good pace; weakened inside final furlong.
By top sire, Invincible Spirit.
First time blinkers applied.
Jockey, Ryan Moore, has an excellent record at the course over recent years, with a 32% strike rate.

Castorienta (11/4 - PADDY POWER) who was second last time out at course-distance, has every chance of going one better, and is the main danger.
